What ages do you teach? ▼
We teach swimmers from 6 months to 12 years old. Parent & Tot is for 6 months–2 years, Preschool levels are for ages 3–5, Swimmer 1-2 is for ages 6–10, and Swimmer 3-6 is for ages 8–12. Private lessons are available for all ages.
How small are the classes? ▼
We keep our classes intentionally small. Preschool and Swimmer 1-2 have a 3:1 student-to-instructor ratio. Swimmer 3-6 is 2:1. Parent & Tot is 4:1. Private lessons are 1-on-1. Your child gets real attention every lesson.
What's the difference between Bundle, Crash, Flex, and Drop-In? ▼
Bundle: 8 weekly lessons at the same day and time — best value and consistency.
Crash Course: 7 lessons in 1 week (June only) — intensive skill building.
Flex: 8 lessons on varying days — for unpredictable schedules.
Drop-In: Single lessons, no commitment — try before you commit.
What happens if my child's level is full? ▼
You'll be automatically placed on our waitlist with a position number. If a spot opens up, you'll be notified right away. During registration, you can also select backup time slots in case your first choice is full.
What if we need to miss a lesson? ▼
Each swimmer gets up to 2 make-up lessons per summer with 24 hours notice. Bundle make-ups are $10 each. Flex includes 2 free make-ups. Weather-related cancellations receive a free make-up during the last week of August.
What happens if it rains? ▼
Light rain — lessons go on as scheduled. We only cancel for thunder and lightning, heavy rain affecting visibility, or temperatures below 17°C. If we cancel, you'll receive a free make-up lesson. If a make-up can't be scheduled, a 50% refund is available for that lesson.
How do I register siblings? ▼
Register each child separately using the same email address. Our system automatically detects siblings and schedules them in the same time block so drop-off and pick-up is easy for you.
How does payment work? ▼
After your registration is reviewed, you'll receive an email with payment instructions. Payment is by e-transfer. All lesson packages are final sale and non-refundable once confirmed.
Not sure which level is right for my child? ▼
